| Located between Fort Myers and Naples, many spectacular
golf communities and waterfront homes can be found. In
Bonita Springs you will find simple condos to elaborate
villas and custom homes built on beautifully landscaped
and manicured homes sites. Bonita Springs features white
sandy Bonita Beach, just on the west end of Bonita Beach
Road and a short drive from the Bonita Springs area. Many
fine dining and shopping areas can be found along U.S.
41 Tamiami Trail. Many new home communities are under
construction or in the planning stages for Bonita Springs.
Take the Bonita Beach Road exit 116 off I-75 to Bonita

| It’s definitely a boater’s
paradise, with 400 miles of canals in the city. Fresh water
and saltwater canals were dug many years ago to allow Gulf and
fresh water access for the homeowners. Today, many vacant building
lots, both dry and water access, are available in Cape Coral.
The City is growing rapidly because the affordable home sites
offered. Many shopping areas and new home communities are under
construction to accommodate the growth along with infrastructure
additions. Cape Coral overall has the most affordable Gulf access
homes sites in Southwest Florida. The more established areas
are along the Caloosahatchee River. Take the Colonial Blvd.
exit 136 West to Cape Coral. |

| Located just North of Sanibel Island
via a short bridge, this little island is very tranquil and
scenic. It offers some very nice white sandy beaches and lush
green foliage and mature trees for a relaxing visit. A very
non-commercialized look and feel is a way of life on Capitva
Island along with some very expensive real estate. |

| Just north of Bonita Springs you
will find the city of Estero, one of the fastest growing cities
in the nation. Estero is a new city with room for expansion
mostly to the eastside. You will find many new home and golf
communities in Estero. Miromar Shopping Outlets and Germain
Arena are located just off Corkscrew Road in Estero. Take the
Corkscrew exit 123 off I-75 to Estero. |

| The center of Lee County Government
and known as the City of Palms for its many beautiful palm tree
lined streets, Fort Myers is located on the north end of Lee
County along the Caloosahatchee River. Many fine shops and restaurants
are located along U.S 41 in Fort Myers. The City is also home
to Florida Gulf Coast University and Edison College. There are
many historic river homes located along the Caloosahatchee River
just off of McGregor Blvd. including the Edison/Ford Winter
Estates. Fort Myers Beach, a great place to visit with world
famous white sandy beaches and many shops and attractions, is
on the southwest side of Fort Myers. Southwest Florida International
Airport is located just east of Fort Myers off Daniels Parkway,
and is now expanding to accommodate more direct flights to better
serve the ever-growing Southwest Florida area. Gulf course communities
abound in Fort Myers, and the city is growing; most of the growth
is occurring to the south and east. Take exits 138 (Martin Luther
King Jr. Blvd.), 136 (Colonial Blvd.) or 128 (Alico Rd) off
I-75 to Fort Myers. |

| Sanibel Island beaches are some
of the best shelling beaches in the world. The island is a laid
back place with a very natural setting. It’s a great place
to escape and go to the beach and hunt shells for your collection
or to just take in the relaxing sunny views. You will find many
upscale restaurants and shops on the island. Sanibel Island
is located on the southwest side of Fort Myers. Take McGregor
Blvd. to the Sanibel Causeway and onto the island. |

| Sophistication, style, and charm
are quite common traits of Naples, which is located just south
of Bonita Springs. You get a very resort feel when you drive
through the areas of Pelican Bay, Park Shore and Olde Naples.
Many high-rise luxury condominiums and expensive beachfront
mansions line the Gulf of Mexico along Naples shores. A trip
to downtown Naples offers a vast selection of world class shopping
and dining, along with a very large collection of art vendors.
Beach access is plentiful all along the Gulf of Mexico in Naples.
Many of the boulevard medians are meticulously maintained with
gorgeous landscaping. Naples has an airport near the downtown
area that accommodates numerous private aircrafts and small
jets. The real estate pricing in Naples is some of the highest
in the state of Florida. Many fabulous golf and non-golf communities
are found in Naples, which is growing and expanding with attention
to detail to manage the growth. Take exit 111 (Immokalee Rd),
107(Pine Ridge Road), or 101 (Collier Blvd.951) off I-75 to
Naples. |

| Just about as far as south as you
can go on the west side of Florida before you get to Key West.
This Island paradise has very wide white sandy beaches and many
gulf access single-family homes and home sites. Hotels and Condominiums
line the beach on the Westside of the island. On the interior
and the eastside of the island you will find large new gulf
access single-family homes. Located just southeast of Naples,
this upscale island community is seeing a tremendous amount
of new homes construction and appreciation. New upscale shops,
boutiques, and restaurants are being built to accommodate the
growth. From Naples go south on Collier Blvd. CR 951 to Marco
Island. |
