Bonita National now sold out of condos, and are down to under 100 non-golf single family homes left in the community. All homes come with a Social Membership to Bonita National. Fees are $405/month (paid annually) for the two car garage homes, and $415/month (paid annually) for the three car garages. It's a race to the finish, and Lennar is cutting some serious deals to move these homes. 2020 is the Year of the Buyer at Bonita National.
