We’ve selected the wonderful design team at Baers Furniture to design one of our newest furnished model residences #602-Seaglass.
The Foyer entry wall will be a back drop of metallic silver and gray, geometric, patterned wall covering to make a gorgeous statement.
Luxurious drapery in ocean blues and greys will flank the large windows in this room. The dining room will have a special drop ceiling carpentry detail which will center a beautiful, transitional chandelier in chrome and white.
The two rear bedrooms will have light colors of teals/ blues and greys, with light color wood furniture and chrome accents. 

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Robb & Stucky for our designer furnished model residence #2104-Seaglass.
The design aesthetic is a sophisticated, transitional design with clean lines. 
The unit’s neutral color palette includes greys, creams, whites and taupes that play against porcelain tile flooring. 
The palette is accented with soft neutral tones and silver metals.  Textural elements will be evident throughout the home.
