Home Prices Released This Week! These are considered spec homes where lot, floor plan and options have been decided. Between today and Saturday you can submit offers on as many as you like. THIS IS considered the offers program where the company chooses the best overall offer each week. Offers are due Saturday and the decision/agreements will be Monday/Tuesday afternoon. This is much like any resale listing. You will have all the details up front and make your offer. The difference is the home will be new construction, lower pricing and the supply will be much higher so you have a better chance at finding the home you want.
