Amenities
1. What Amenities can one expect at WildBlue?
a. Wild Blue is a luxury lakefront community like no other where boating, water
sports and outdoor recreational activities abound. The WildBlue Amenity campus
will be situated on a stunning peninsula located on WildBlue Lake North and will
include:
b. WildBlue Social Center Clubhouse with a Resort-style Pool, Poolside Cafe &
Bar, Private Dining, a Member's Pub, and an Event Lawn for entertainment.
c. WildBlue Sports Center Clubhouse on the peninsula with a state-of-the-art
Fitness and Wellness Center, a Private Day Spa, Lap Pool, Bocce, Basketball,
Tennis, Pickle Ball, Horseshoes, Yoga Lawn, Kids Playground and more!
d. WildBlue Boating and Beach Area including Beach Cabanas, Chaise
Lounges, Beach Volleyball, Kayak and Boat Launch with community boat slips!
2. When do we anticipate the amenities to be completed and available to
homeowners?
a. We anticipate completion of the First Phase of the WildBlue Amenity Campus
sometime in late 2020.
3. Do you anticipate any of the Community Amenities being phased over time such
as Boat Ramps, Community Docks or Kayak Launch?
a. 2 phases.
Fitness and Wellness Center, a Private Day Spa, Bocce, Basketball, Tennis,
Pickle Ball, Horseshoes, Yoga Lawn, Kids Playground will be in the first phase.
The Resort-style Pool, Lap Pool, Poolside Cafe & Bar, Private Dining, a
Member's Pub, and an Event Lawn for entertainment will be included in the
second phase.
4. Will there be an on-site Recreation and Activities Director?
a. If so, when?
There will be onsite staff as needed.
Boating I Lakes
5. How deep are the lakes?
a. The typical lake depth is 8 ft or more unless otherwise marked.
6. Will boating, and fishing be permitted on the lakes?
a. Yes, boating, fishing, and diving is permitted on WildBlue Lake North and Lake
South.
b. Powerboats are restricted to 26 ft length (LOA) and maximum horsepower of 250
HP.
7. Will Water sports and recreational activities be allowed on the lake at WildBlue?
a. Yes, however personal watercraft will not be permitted on Lake South.
8. Can homeowners have private boat docks behind their home?
a. Yes, on Lake North and Lake South. No docks or recreational activity will be permitted
on any other lakes or surface water management areas. Private boat docks must
conform to the specifications and layout as outlined in the WildBlue Boat Management
Plan and the Community Rules and Regulations. There is a two Slip Maximum per
household.
9. Is there a maximum size or square footage allowed for private boat docks?
a. Yes. There are currently five approved private dock layouts. All dock construction
requires prior ARC approval. Specifications including size, materials and
approved vendors will be outlined in the HOA Documents.
1 0. Are boat canopies allowed at private docks?
a. No.
11. Will there be boat I trailer storage anywhere in the community? If so, when?
a. On site boat storage is not approved at this time.
12. Where can residents park their tandem trucks I trailers while boating? Will there
be permanent trailer parking?
a. Trailer parking is not available at the amenity site. All vehicles launching a vessel for the
day must be parked back at the home for the day.
13. What is the timing of the Boat Ramps on WildBlue Lake North and Lake South?
a. The North boat ramp will be included with the first phase of amenities and should
be completed by the second quarter of 2020.
14. What is the timing for the revised Boat Management Plan?
a. We do not anticipate revising the boat management plan. Any rule more restrictive than
the approved management plan will be addressed in the community governing
documents which includes rules and regulations.
Community Features
15.1s Vista Blue by Lennar included in the WildBlue Community Development
District?
a. No.
16. Can Vista Blue residents use the WildBlue Lake North and Lake South?
a. Vista Blue residents can use the WildBlue Lake North and South. Vista Blue
residents will also have access to the WildBlue clubhouses.
17. Which access points can Vista Blue residents use?
a. Vista Blue residents can only gain access to the community through their gate
but can exit through any of the access points.
18. What is the timing of the Entry Gatehouse and guard?
a. Construction start is planned in Q1 2019 and completion summer 2019.
b. Gate attendants will start just before the first home closing.
19. How will the North (Ali co Road) entrance be utilized?
a. Residents and construction only. All visitors must use the main entrance on
Corkscrew.
20. Where will the mailboxes be located?
a. Mailboxes will be clustered in groups within the community per Lee County
Ordinance.
21. Will the community have street lamps?
a. Yes, all roads in WildBlue will be lighted with street lamps
