Naples Reserve sales have been on fire in 2017 with 90 homes sold this year. Naples Reserve has 16 model homes available for viewing by Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton, Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Signature Homes. Homes are priced from the high-$200s to more than $1 million. Built by Southwest Florida’s premier home builders, the fully decorated models offer three and four bedrooms, large outdoor areas with pools and spas, and 2,100 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space. The Island Club is a tropical paradise and the social hub for Naples Reserve. The 5,160 sf clubhouse features an expansive, resort-style zero-entry pool offers dedicated lap lanes and ample room for relaxation.
