What happened in 2019 at Babcock Ranch?

- New activities that became beloved town traditions, including Slater’s Saturday Outdoor Market, Food Truck Fridays, Family Movie Nights, tennis classes, pickleball and flag football leagues, youth basketball camp, soccer clinic and more.
- A talented new executive chef team joined Table & Tap, expanding the farm-to-table menu with exciting new offerings.
- Jack Peeples Park opened with lighted basketball, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, a sports field and trailhead connecting to our eventual 50-mile trail system.
- Babcock Ranch Water Reclamation Facility received top awards from the Florida Water Environment Association: David W. York Award and the Earle B. Phelps Award.
- Babcock National, a new golf and lifestyle community at Babcock Ranch was announced by Lennar. Pre sales began with homes from the upper 100,000s.
- In December, Babcock Ranch surpassed the 500 homes sold milestone!
