Welcome back to Valencia Sky in beautiful Naples, Florida! Today is October 21st, 2026, and we're bringing you another construction update from this exciting active adult community. Our drone flight begins with a beautiful aerial approach toward the clubhouse, the centerpiece of Valencia Sky's resort-style lifestyle. Now we're flying over Phase Two, where the next section of Valencia Sky is taking shape. From this elevated perspective, you can get a great look at the neighborhood layout, roadways, and individual homesites. These aerial views offer an excellent way to follow the development of Phase Two as the community continues to expand. We'll be returning with additional updates so you can compare the progress over time. Now we're moving from the aerial views to our ground-level tour. We're entering Valencia Sky and making a quick drive past the clubhouse before heading into Phase Two. This gives you a different perspective of the community and its surroundings as we make our way toward the newest residential areas. We're now driving through Phase Two, giving you a closer look at the neighborhood and the construction activity throughout this section of Valencia Sky. As we travel along the streets, you can see how the community is developing, with homesites and residences at various stages of construction. For buyers considering a new home at Valencia Sky, these drive-through tours are a great way to get familiar with the community, see the surrounding homes, and better understand the neighborhood layout. Valencia Sky offers an active adult lifestyle in Naples, with new homes designed for comfortable Florida living and a community centered around recreation, social activities, and resort-style amenities.
